It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
Once your order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, Lunar Beauty is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If this occurs you have the option of filing a claim through the shipping carrier.

It turns out, sometimes shipping carriers marks packages as "delivered" up to 24 hours before they drop them in your mailbox.
We know it's annoying, but wait another day or two to see if it shows up. More often than not, it does!
All Sales Are Final* We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds. In the unlikely event that a product arrives not as described, we will only send replacements for damaged/missing products within 14 days of receipt of the package.
