SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Yes, we ship internationally.
We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from US carrier to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited the United States. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order.

Yes, we ship to the UK & EU. To get your order to you, we've partnered with Passport Shipping and they will be the Seller for all orders to the UK for orders under £135 and orders to the EU for orders €150 and Under.

All shipping rates vary depending on domestic vs international shipments, total weight of package and the selected shipping method. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.
We are not responsible for any fees required by customs for any reason.
We offer free domestic shipping for orders over $75!

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
Once your order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, Lunar Beauty is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If this occurs you have the option of filing a claim through the shipping carrier.
We recommend adding Order Protection to you order at checkout. It's affordable insurance in case something goes wrong with the carrier.

It turns out, sometimes shipping carriers marks packages as "delivered" up to 24 hours before they drop them in your mailbox.
We know it's annoying, but wait another day or two to see if it shows up. More often than not, it does!
If it still hasn't shown up, we recommend filing a claim with the shipping carrier. Once tracking information has been distributed, Lunar Beauty is not responsible for lost, or stolen packages as acknowledged by the customer at checkout. To protect your order, we recommend you include Order Protection on your order. If you added Order Protection to your order at checkout, reach out to them directly. We promise it's fast and easy!

All Sales Are Final* We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds.
In the unlikely event that a product arrives not as described, we will only send replacements for damaged/missing products within 14 days of receipt of the package. Customer must provide photos of the issue, including packing slip. if you purchased Order Protection with your order, the easiest and quickest (just as fast as sending us an email. We promise) is to contact them . If you did not purchase Order Protection with your order please contact our customer service team.

OrderProtection.com covers your order for every major issue that can occur during shipping. Your order will be protected against loss, damage, theft, wrong items, defective items and missing items.
If something goes wrong during shipping, you can quickly file a claim in a few clicks. You'll receive a reshipment or refund if your claim is approved.
To protect your order, make sure Order Protection is toggled on in your cart.

In your cart, there is a toggle to turn Order Protection on or off. Make sure Order Protection is toggled on to purchase protection for your order! If you have protection turned on, you will see it appear as a line item during checkout.

You can submit a claim 30-45 days from the date you placed your order depending on the claim type.

Yes, from time to time we offer discounts and promotions. Sign up for our email to receive news on special offers. All sales, discounts, codes and promotions are subject to change.
Offer codes are not valid on bundles unless specifically stated. Bundles are already listed at a savings.

No, at this time we do not offer price adjustments. Once an order is placed it is final.

Items cannot be reserved by holding them in your cart. Product availability is extremely limited and therefore may sell out before your purchase is complete. Order transactions are completed in the order they are received.

We will email you a shipment notification along with a tracking number as soon as your package ships.

Once your order is placed, it generally takes 1–3 business days to process and pack. For expedited or overnight shipping, orders placed before 12:00 PM PT, Monday through Friday, will typically ship the same day. Orders placed after this time or on weekends may be processed on the next business day. During high-volume periods, processing times may experience delays.
