Shipping rates will vary depending on Domestic vs International shipments. U.S. orders over $75 qualify for free shipping. 

We are not responsible for any fees, duties, or taxes required by customs. 

Shipping Process

We start working on your order immediately, so we are unable to make any changes to an order after it has been placed (including address changes). We will only ship to the address provided at check-out.

You will only be charged for the items that are shipped, along with applicable shipping and tax rates. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email.

We only ship during business days and do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.

We require between 1-3 working days on average to fulfill your order and some items may take longer especially around major holidays (up to 5 days), during a new launch, or if your order includes popular items experiencing stock availability issues. Orders are shipped out for delivery as soon as the stock availability is confirmed.

Lost/Stolen/Damaged Packages

Lunar Beauty is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it and/or file a claim with your respective shipping carrier. Note: We utilize the timestamp information from the tracking link and delivery confirmation from the carrier when reviewing damage or return requests and we may not be able to honor your claim if it is not reported.

Order Protection covers your order for every major issue that can occur during shipping. Your order will be protected against loss, damage, theft, wrong items, defective items and missing items. Order Protection can be purchased during your checkout to protect your order.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct before submitting an order. We start working on your order immediately, so we are unable to make any changes to an order after it has been placed. If the order has already been processed through our shipping department, we cannot retrieve it for an address change.


All Sales Are Final* We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds. In the unlikely event that a product arrives not as described, we will only send replacements for damaged/missing products within 14 days of receipt of the package. Customer must provide photos of the issue, including packing slip.
