Are your products vegan?
All Lunar Beauty products are 100% vegan. Our products are free of animal byproducts.
Are your products cruelty-free?
Yes, Lunar Beauty is cruelty-free, animal-friendly. We do not test on animals, and we are registered with PETA.
Returns and Exchanges
Returns will be accepted only for items damaged during transit. If you happened to receive a damaged palette, we will gladly accept your return if received within 30 days from the original purchase date. The return must be received back to the address listed below in the original packaging box, must contain photos of the issue and include the packing slip.

When will my package be delivered?
Orders will be shipped 1-2 business days after placing your order. Expect your orders to arrive within 2-4 business days, once shipped.
Please Note: During new releases, holidays, etc. There can be an additional 2-4 business days of processing time.

Are international customers responsible for paying customs duty and taxes?
Yes. You are responsible for any fees, duties, or taxes required by customs.
